İlbak Yapı which gathered attention both at home and abroad with its extraordinary architectural approach and understanding of esthetics it uses at its projects materialized most different housing project in Anatolian side with Newada Towers which was awarded a prize in the category of High Structure Architecture at 2011 International Property Awards organisation held in London.

Newada Towers offering a view of the Prince Islands are 2 kilometers from Bostancı Port, 750 meters from the E5 Highway and 500 meters from coastal road.
